I was the architect of the radio systems at Stevenson University. The network involved two campuses, three repeater radio units and one hundred forty handheld Motorola portable radios. I facilitated the inventory of radios, preventative maintenance, and some repairs. I was contact liaison for F.C.C. for obtaining frequencies. and licensing. I controlled the operations of the 2013 narrow banding mandate from the F.C.C. . (repeaters were required when the University built underground in '97 to maintain continuity and quality of radio signal) I initiated the Automatic External Defibrillator system at Stevenson University by obtaining the equipment and authorizing its use from M.I.E.M.S, ( Md. Institute of Emergency Medicine ) This is a three year authorization program, overseen by the State of Maryland through M.I.E.M.S, Maintained oversight and inventory of campus first aid kits, and semiannually, during campus breaks did the restocking. Maintained Quartermaster duties for uniforms and equipment for assigned personnel '97-'11 Perform other ancillary duties and responsibilities needed and required Maintain two radio communications systems for University. Act as liaison for FCC in matters of licensing and maintaining radio frequencies for the safety and welfare of the campus community

Primarily patrol duties. Statewide D.A.R.E. coordinator, functioned as Regional coordinator of the program in the northeast region of the state. Initiated Resource Officer Program in Carroll County High Schools. Established many Neighborhood Watch programs in Carroll County.
