Responsible for the detailed site survey, drawing, design and ordering of full packages for the modernisation of existing elevators. Modernisations are generally using the extensive and comprehensive KONE equipment packages as a first preference, but also with a variety of other popular elevator component suppliers as and when called for within a particular project. Modernisations are predominantly for high spec offices, hotels, hospitals, high street retail outlets and various residential buildings. Drawing work is carried out using AutoCAD products with materials ordering using SAP.

Project Managing the installation of escalators into new and existing buildings, some with principle contractor (CDM) role. Major project involvement includes Leadenhall Tower, Liverpool One and Heathrow Terminal 4, also responsible for delivering all the escalator requirements for a number of high profile high street retailers.
