Insured Proper placement of soils, density checks, grade beams, building forms, bug spray, poly cover, rebar and post tension cabling, concrete placement of building slabs, and roads. Arranged and organized testing labs and city inspections. Over saw all construction aspects for all trades from beginning to then end of completion of the project.

Responsible for the beginning of construction for the Albright Middle School gymnasium and MCESD#2 Montgomery Fire Station #52. Both construction jobs were of the clearing off vegetation, underground storm, utilities, and irrigation, density off soils on fill. layout of building pads, testing and inspection of rebar and concrete during placement. Inspections of structural steel fasteners and grouting underneath columns, roofing, electrical and plumbing, wall framing, above ceiling fire rated walls. Oversee all aspects during construction until completion with final of inspections of fire alarm systems for COC (certificate of compliance) and CO (certificate of occupancy).

Responsible for 8 level concrete parking garage with a 256-unit multifamily dwelling. I was in charge of all safety and meetings, city inspections, secondary inspections for all placement of concrete and wood framing Overseeing all aspects of excavations, form setting, grade beams, insecticide placement, MEP, covering with poly, inspections following with post tension cables. Setting up secondary inspections of concrete cylinders for approval. Cylinders broken at approved PSI. Stressing of cables and inspected elongations approved by secondary inspectors, framing will commence. Buildup of all levels, hardware, wind shear, nail pattern inspections by secondary engineer and city representative.

All UMC, UMKC, and KCMSD. I maintained all aspects of work by not deviating from scopes of the project, to assure all daily man hours and pictures are documented, and making sure all work is done on time or before the schedule is dated without unforeseen site conditions or change orders. I provided KBR weekly reports on hours worked by subcontractors at every site. I also provided KBR with fleet vehicle reports on all Kansas City vehicles monthly, with receipts and any work performed.
