• Provide remote support to our geographically diverse nationwide clients using industry-standard ConnectWise Control remote connections, ConnectWise Manage internal ticketing system and ConnectWise Control (formerly LabTech) monitoring console• Manage Windows Server functions across firm's managed support clients (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFSR, Cluster Failover, Print Management)• Assist both client end users and IT staff with a broad range of computer application… Show more • Provide remote support to our geographically diverse nationwide clients using industry-standard ConnectWise Control remote connections, ConnectWise Manage internal ticketing system and ConnectWise Control (formerly LabTech) monitoring console• Manage Windows Server functions across firm's managed support clients (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, DFSR, Cluster Failover, Print Management)• Assist both client end users and IT staff with a broad range of computer application problems, server administration, virtualization, networking, security issues and more• Interact closely with third-party vendors and other team members helping manage the resolution of complex client issues, escalating issues when appropriate• Initiate and perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on more complex client issues for one-time resolution• Contribute to special internal facing projects, as assigned, to facilitate the growth of the Support Practice Group• Experience supporting and administering environments with Windows Server 2003/2008/2008R2/2012/2012R2/2016/2019, Exchange 2010/2013 infrastructure and Office 365• Some experience with document management solutions such as iManage, OpenText DM, and Worldox• Extensive experience with Windows 7/8/10 desktops; Group Policy and Active Directory administration• VMware ESXi 5.5, 6.0, 6.5, and 6.7 and Microsoft Hyper-V virtualization administration• Experienced with Dell EqualLogic & EMC storage administration• Well-versed on Datto Backup Administration and monitoring, troubleshooting backup-related issues for a large number of clients. Also experienced in other backup & disaster recovery solutions such as Veeam Backup & Replication, Mozy, eVault, Quorum, Symantec BackupExec, and Carbonite. Show less
