My partner, Don O'Neill, and I have a combined 50+ years of experience in the Market Research Industry at some of the most prominent research companies in the Detroit area. My areas of expertise include project management, field and client services. Don's expertise include data management, database programming, network management and field management. With our combined skills we hope to make Cypher Research the most innovative and high-quality Market Research field service in Detroit, and then expand to new markets.Cypher Research has officially opened its doors as of November of 2007. At Shifrin-Hayworth I handled 100% of the consumer studies and was responsible for 75% of the companies annual revenue. My responsibilities included managing study budgets and client expectations, staffing our call center and overseeing the day to day operation of the consumer division.

I started at Crimmins and Forman as a CfMC programmer and over the course of my tenure was promoted to Project Manager and then Director of Client Services. As Director I handled the day to day operations for the company and oversaw the entire project process from bidding to billing. In addition, I moved the company forward to take advantage of the technology that was available at the time.
