I graduated from Bilkent University (Ankara, Turkey), the department of "Industrial Engineering" in 2018. I have been working for INCO Group of Companies, one of the most leading contracting companies in the areas of the construction and assembly of world-class industrial process plants and petrochemical projects for EPC contractors since October 2018. I have taken place in privileged projects among the best of the world until now.I worked as an "Insulation & Painting Engineer" within the framework of the Project on LIWA Plastic Industries Complex (LPIC) with an annual polypropylene production capacity of 270+ tones in Oman from 2018 to 2019. I implemented the processes of controlling the insulation and painting materials used within the project in terms of their quality and quantity, order management, controlling and coordinating the field teams, and other relevant controls in collaboration with consultants. I have continued working as a "Project Control Engineer" in the project on DUQM Refinery, the greatest investment project ever implemented between two GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) member states in the refinery and petrochemical industry between 2019 and 2021. I held the position of authorized focal point between DUQM projects and the Headquarter to implement a novel data visualization program for creating real-time dashboards to allow a simpler follow-up of construction area parameters during the project. Additionally, I successfully conducted the processes of building up the relationships with subcontractors, signing contracts by making the necessary negotiations, and coordinating supply activities. I was assigned as "Project Control Manager" within the related project in October 2021. I can analyze the entire process of the project continuously and regularly regarding cost, income, profitability, and efficiency aspects; to detect the deviations in project plans, if any, and/or potential problems likely to impede or damage the project in the future, and to report these issues with possible action plans.With my qualification for "International Construction Contracts & Claims Management", I am highly knowledgeable of the management of international standard contracts, notably FIDIC contracts, preparation and response of claims, establishment, and operation of dispute adjudication boards (DAB), delay analysis, and compensation calculations within the scope of claims.Contact > robertsume23@gmail.com
