Digital Planning Supervisor
CurrentKey client: IBM/Nestle/Caterpillar/the Hong Kong Tourism Board/Malaysia Airline• Plan, develop, present and execute online media campaigns in multiple channels such as: OTV, display, PPC, email, lead generation, RTB, Adnetwork, mobile and social media.• Support MS digital team and other agency counterpart to establish and achieve specific media goals and objectives.• Strategize and execute campaigns on internal and external platform and ensure optimal delivery and performance.• Analyze and leverage data from different sources like 1st party data from client, 2nd party data from media vendor, 3rd party ad serving, website analytics etc.• Work closely with technology or tracking providers to address and resolve technical issues• Prepare post-buy reports for the team and our clients as needed.• Navigate through available audience data to identify relevant audience segments to target and identify and develop new audience segments.• Monitor trends, and uncover and track innovative thinking and ideas from across the industry.• Assist the director in building Nestle Dashboard(a DMP integrates real-time data and performance of all online campaigns of Nestle).
