Data analysis and innovation is my passion! I enjoy analyzing my surroundings and constructing ways to enhance them. Currently I am a lead broadband specialist technician for Charter Communications, the second largest telecommunications provider in the United States. Holding this position means I receive the most challenging jobs and duties to analyze and troubleshoot daily. I take notice to the small details and emphasize to complete the work correctly the first time. When I am not at work, I am at home always trying to improve myself and the community around me. My strengths and recent accomplishments are:- I have been promoted to the Tiger Team. - I am a senior mentor for field operations. - Assistant lead technician for the Bald Head Island digital conversion 2018 - Lead fiber optic technician for the Kings Grant fiber conversion project 2022- Proficient in SharePoint, Excel, Salesforce- Team-player who can also work independently.- Excellent rapport building with colleagues. The Tiger Team is a position given to one person per office to be an application consultant for Charter's internal digital programs. I am one of the few senior technicians that train new hires in the company. This is one of the duties that I find most fulfilling in this career. I enjoy coaching the young new talent and teaching them how to develop skills such as time management, troubleshooting techniques, how to properly analyze data sets, and how to give superior customer service. Currently I use SharePoint and Excel on a daily biases along with other internally used digital programs for analysis and troubleshooting. I am a recent graduate and believe in continued education I am currently taking online courses to learn a new skill set for Salesforce. I believe in working to become a better version of yourself everyday!
