As a Color Production Analyst I along with my colleagues were responsible for the day to day operational procedures for all color advertisements for all 15 weekly sections and any specially ordered sections. From reservation to plate all files were pre-flighted and crossed referenced with internal reservation systems. Proofing for sign offs and all color corrections made to ensure a quality reproduction in print. Daily contact with advertising sales reps, composing room, ad agencies and graphic houses.
