 Trained client resellers on use and support of Healthcare Analytics software. Trained over 40 clients nationwide as well as training and mentoring internal resources on use and best practices of proprietary Precision.BI software.  Provided support for SQL Server 2000 and 2005 back end including data modeling, stored procedure and view creation and tuning, managing indexes and creating proprietary solutions for client/database issues. Managed various portions of over 20 BI implementations including requirements gathering, development, testing and training. Majority of projects were based on GE Centricity Flowcast / Groupcast / Logician and Allscripts EHR. Created new methods of using the software that increased sales, made the software easier to use, and delivered the client’s expectations without costly changes to the app. These methods were incorporated functionally when the application was ported from wins to .net.

 Automated existing reporting and created new reports using Business Objects 11 against Oracle, SQL Server, Informix and proprietary databases.  Implemented proprietary report distribution system using Business Objects 11 and Visual Cut to deliver over 100 daily reports. Implemented Business Objects server replacing proprietary report distribution system. Improved report development and run times via implementation of Oracle Data Mart. Data Mart provided only the data needed for business reports and was loaded via proprietary ETL process using Business Objects 11 and Visual Cut to extract and transform data from multiple systems and load data via ODBC export. Trained analysts including my supervisor on best practices for reporting and automation.
