• Oversees 24 complex grant applications valued at over $15M and prepares and makes recommendations on program funding and grant improvement for Law Enforcement Task Forces tasked with Auto Theft and Burglary. • Analyses and Advises grantees when grant/contracts/programs/adjustments/inventory changes are approved, the status, funding matters and when funds are available• Provides support to grantees, officials, and stakeholders with the rules, regulations, and guidelines for grant and contract management standards and requirements as established by the Uniform Grant & Contract Management Standards and MVCPA Guidelines• Writes internal/external correspondence/reports/lists/forms/updates/memos concerning MVCPA programs and projects, conducts annual on-site/monitoring visits of grantees• Maintains working knowledge of and ensures compliance with laws, regulations, policies and procedures, and standards pertaining to MVCPA programs and ensure grantee’s compliance with conditions of grants by monitoring and analyzing agreements, contracts, expenses, activities, and state regulations• Accurately processes and performs review and approval of accounting transactions using an internal grant management system for MVCPA program and budget tracking.
