House Manager
CurrentDuring my role as House Manager I have continuously oversee client plan amendment and development. Responsible for training staff as well as working with client families. Champion and promote the wellbeing, values and dignity of our clients. Regularly execute formal reports and complete daily administration tasks on various new systems (Salesforce, Sharepoint, Workday, Rosterspace, Complispace). Responsible for holding myself and all staff accountable to changing policies and procedures, informing policymakers and other departments when required. Frequently liaise with various Cerebral Palsy Alliance Departments, such as the Health Team, Quality and Safeguarding, Behaviour Support, Therapy, Senior Management, Talent Acquisition, Senior Employee Relations and WHS amongst them. Consistently manage challenging situations relating to rapidly changing client health needs, supporting staff and clients with challenging behaviour related concerns. Successfully resolved COVID and staff vacancy related shortages, NDIS Quality and Safeguarding Commission Audits, Restrictive Practice Panels and Guardianship meetings. Interview and onboarding new staff. Completed Disability Certificate IV program.
