For the majority of my career I have held senior leadership positions and therefore understand the business drivers behind successful PM service delivery from the viewpoint of all business and project stakeholders.Throughout my career I have identified attributes relevant to all successful project outcomes including honesty, respect, integrity, collaboration, trust and technical excellence. As a result I strive to ensure these underpin the basis of the project working environment. In addition I have significant experience in writing successful fee proposals based on specific project requirements (rather than the ‘one size fits all’ approach) and I understand the importance of account management to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
