In charge of Global Supply Chain data setups and invoicing activities. Managing relationship with internal stakeholders and offshore backoffice. Vital role at the heart of the GSK. My team and myself we are making sure that life saving medicines and vaccines could flow without any delays from our manufacturing sites to our patients. We do that by partnering with Global Logistics, Procurement, External Supply, GPO, C&C, Quality, Compliance, TAX and many other teams.Key achievements - Improving Invoice on Time KPI by 14% YoY. Reducing cost of invoice print outs and physical courier shipments to sites by roughly 25k PLN year.

Main objectives of the role as people and process manager included managing wellbeing, development and performance of my team, which consisted of 12 highly trained financial specialists. Process management part included following activities:- Building and maintaining a close partnership with local partners,- Overall governance and control over GRIR, POT, AP Aging,- Delivering GRIR, POT, AP Aging KPIs according to SLA- Providing insights to the Business on possible improvement areas,- Driving process excellence and process improvements,- Maintaining good governance around AP processes,- Taking an active part in AP transformation initiatives,One of the biggest achievements during my brief stint with Mars was establishing and then nurturing very good partner relations with the most demanding internal stakeholders, through honesty, process mapping, and process improvements. Which is hard to measure but made a huge difference to our day-to-day by limiting the number of escalations, which were disrupting daily operations.

The main objectives for the role were the same as for Junior Team Leader. My big rock for this role was to create and implement Business Continuity and Recover Plan for SSC and COE structures in Poznan.

Filling in vacant Process Manager role to ensure continuity of leadership, until hiring new Process Manager. During that brief period I was a part of management meetings during which we made multiple decisions and implemented several actions with the purpose of excelling services provided by our SSC.

This role had 2 main objectives - to be exceptional people and a process manager. On a people leader piece, I was responsible for a team of 20 highly skilled accountants, being responsible for their well-being and development. In the process management part, I was making sure that cash is allocated timely and accurately, the unallocated cash level is as low as possible, our invoices are correctly issued and relations with our Partners are as good as they only can be. We were providing our exceptional services to multiple ADM entities across Germany, UK, Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Poland.

Additional to duties performed as an Interim Senior AP Accountant, I have become a part of Finance Management team within SSC which means being involved in all Team Leaders meetings and decision making within this group. I've also been involved in numerous audit projects and preparing accounting reports for Ciber executives.

- Responsible for the whole process of posting invoices in the PeopleSoft in timely manner.- Responsible for entering invoices on a daily basis and for ensuring all invoices are entered each week for ability to accurately forecast cash on a weekly basis.- Handling of incomplete or incorrect invoices, payment reminders and invoices including penalty interest.- Responsible for voucher audit and audit of other AP Accountants.- Auditing check registers against voucher audits.- Assisting AP Manager in reviewing vouchers for internal control purposes.- Responsible for maintaining correct approval matrix and the Workflow.- Customer service and resolution of invoice payments status requests.- Responsible for payments to subcontractors.- Preparing necessary time adjustments for the subcontractor payments.- Assist to AP Manager on assigned tasks and manage AP team for the AP manager absence.
