I have experience with a number of automation platforms. Some of these include Allen Bradley brand products such as ControlLogix, CompactLogix, SLC 500 (501-505), MicroLogix, PLC5, and SLC 100, 150. I am also proficient with the associated programming software for the above PLC platforms. These being Logix5000, 500, and 5. Other platforms I have worked with include Mitsubishi, Omron, and Siemens Step7 with their associated programming software.I am proficient with motion control. Some of these include, PowerFlex 4, 40, 525, 70, 700, 755 and their Ethernet protocol via 22Com E. some associated software being Connected Component Workbench (CCW), and Drive Executive. The Servo control I have worked with is mostly Allen Bradley Kinetix6000 and 6500. I have also worked with Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishi CNC controls. I have a lot of experience with Robotics. I have worked with Motoman, and Fanuc mostly, and some experience with Adept robotics as well. This includes both 2D and 3D robot vision. I am also proficient with Ethernet protocols both wired and wireless for all the above mentioned. I have a lot of machine design under my belt as well. These being for test stands and Poke Yokes, one of which is patent pending. I've developed keen troubleshooting skills for both the electrical and mechanical side of manufacturing. My PLC programming background helps with troubleshooting as well. I am always open to new opportunities to further learning, experience, and new technology.
