ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:• Infrastructure Management:- Routine check of the premise & preparing a daily snag list consisting of all repair/ maintenance & requirement.• Visual Merchandising:- 1.The tenants with their visual merchandising as per the Mall guide Lines.• Budget:- 1.Assist Head of Marketing in the preparation of marketing budget for the current and upcoming financial year.• Information Desk:- 1.Handle Customers Complaint promptly and effectively, whenever required.2.Assisting the information desk staff.3.Getting the information for the information Kiosk (Moveo Kiosk).• Implementation of Marketing Activities:-1.Handle Day to Day functions of the Mall. 2.Coordinating with the team to Develop and implement the mall’s marketing plan and campaigns for major events like Diwali, Christmas and the Malls Annual Birthday Celebration. 3.Create and implement activities to harness and support the In- Mall retailers sale.4.Preparing Work Orders.5.Assisting in all the internal & external signage’s. Such as FHC, Fire Exit, Toilet Directional Signage’s etc.• Other activities:-1.Maintaining Gifts or Gift Vouchers sponsored by Tenants by barter system and issuing same for the Customers or winners through mall Promotion activities and maintaining the records for the same.2.Generating bar code, issuing, sales & reimbursement.3.Handling customer issues, resolution and communicate escalated issues to the Reporting Manager.4. Daily sales collection from tenants, Follow-up trade license certificate, Maintaining cleanliness & hygienic inside & outside the mall premises.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-• Customer service.• Customer Survey Analysis• Maintaining Credit notes, Refund bills, Bulk bills etc.• Maintaining registers /files, sales reports, Customer Walk-ins etc.• MIS reports on weekly & Monthly basis.• Product knowledge should know the product details in the area of operation.• Cost Control & Pilferage Control Initiative.• Floor /Product Maintenance & Announcement.• Personal Grooming ,Ownership & Man Power Planning.• Plano-Gram & Sales Targets/Promo Target achievements.• Provide All Necessary Information To Auditors During Audit Times.• Motivate the Team To Companies Profile.• Cost control using minimum resources to operate the day to day function in the area of work.• Gross margin of return on footage & Gross margin of return on income.• Understanding the customer requirements by regular interaction.• In-Dept experience in handling Category.• Handle Customer problem very well & having good customer base for the department.• Inventory Management, Shrinkage Control/Cost control.• Ensure the floor is set as plan-o-gram.• Making reports of department.• Ensure manpower availability on the floor on all time.• Provide feed –back to merchandiser.
