Responsible for day-to-day management of all business and financial matters associated with HPE’s annual $80M outsourcing service contract in support of the DIRECTV outsourcing contract. Duties included performing as the primary customer interface for revenue growth opportunities, financial forecasting and budget management, vendor management, administering contract change requests, overseeing audit compliance, asset management, and ensuring supply-chain deliverables.

Responsible for review and approval of all technical, financial and quality of proposed outsourcing solutions to potential HPE customers. Duties included participation with technical HPE solution architects, business leaders and sales team members to develop a comprehensive outsourcing solution that was both financially beneficial to HPE and capable of being delivered by HPE’s Global Delivery organization. Negotiated contracts, statements of work and service level agreement documents. Provided 24/7 Account Executive leadership until a permanent Account Executive was assigned.

Delivered HPE’s annual $80M outsourcing service contract in support of the DIRECTV billing system environments in Colorado Springs, CO. Second level manager of staff consisting of over 150 IT Professionals. Responsible for server, network, database, application, data center and testing efforts necessary to support the HPE & DIRECTV outsourcing contract. Responsible for meeting contractual service levels, customer satisfaction, budget and vendor management. Other duties include cost center management, staffing decisions, personnel performance management, and salary planning and bonus allocations.
