I managed a team of four contractors and I was responsible for the project deliverables described below- Participate in the Group wide project and provide updates on project milestones, risks and issues- Working with Technology, system owners and SMEs to evaluate each systems ability to handle negative interest rates.- Assess Technology changes, involvement in testing and ensure business readiness for the system and process change when negative interest rates were introduced- Coordinate the RBSI working group with key stakeholders and provide project status updates- Obtain business sign off from stakeholders on RBSI readiness ahead of the PRA deadline- Prepare the Schedule of Events for negative interest rate implementation across the business- Continue to work on the backlog of work post the Aug-21 deadline to address any remaining gaps Show less
