My friends call me Bob. I retired from the Coast Guard after 29 years of honorable service and I have been married to my wife Joni for 29 years. So yes, I am dedicated and loyal. I retired an E-6. Why only an E-6? Well, I loved my job and where I was at. So yes, I am very honest, almost to a fault. Don't get me wrong though, I am no dummy. If something interests me, i will learn everything I can about it. I am very detailed oriented in my own unique way. I tend to be able to see things a bit differently than most. So I like to share ideas with others. I am typically a happy go lucky person and a realist. But, I am also very hard on myself when I feel I could do better. What you see is what you get with me. I don't buy into things like "wear a suit and you will get more respect" or "Interview stance and body gesture". If you can't listen to what I have to say because I am wearing some Khakis and a golf shirt with my hands in my pockets, then go find someone else. I still believe in a good hand shake and eye to eye contact. Simple yet effective.
