As the Director of Data and Analytics at Balsam Brands, I lead a team of data analysts who provide insights and solutions to optimize the performance and growth of our e-commerce and retail businesses. I have over 10 years of experience in data analysis, visualization, as well as 6 years leading other analysts across a wide range of geographies.My mission is to leverage data and analytics to enhance the customer experience, drive operational efficiency, and support strategic decision making. Some of my achievements include selecting, pitching and onboarding Power BI for my organization, unifying and standardizing our reporting in SQL Server Reporting Services, and leading analysis developed from marketing attribution to Customer LTV. I am passionate about leading, growing and developing those around me, as well as growing the space of what data analytics is capable of.
