CurrentShort story: Leading Polish branch off Airtec DK.Long story:HR - finding, recruiting, training and supervising of local staff.Marketing - Identifying relevant commercial channels and establishing cooperation rules plus supplying of marketing materials for newspapers, Internet branch portals, exhibitions (including stand organization and building it up/down), participating in exhibitions (entire time of the show).Sales - Lead generating, identifying customers, direct contact - road trips and meeting, offers and contract negotiations on business and law level, cold calls, emailing, constant customers contact and arm race with competitors.Project - Identifying customers needs, technical site assessments, product selection, project design, presentation, offer negotiations on technical level (both humidification and water treatment systems), organizing reference visits and participation in them together with our partners.Installation team - project handover documents, installation planning, both in time frame, media check, and supervising on every step of the way. Business development - Identifying relevant partners and agents, sales channels, product and company presentations - both in initial and final negotiations phase.Service team - logistic planning of service team trips on weekly and monthly basis.Constant contact with company HQ in Denmark.Good news: I will not ask my employees to do anything I did not do myself :)
