Responsible for managing recruiting, dispatching and sales teams in Multiple locations. Train selling techniques to insure metrics are being exceeded. Client interaction over the phone and in person for both problem solving and increasing orders. Oversee Compliance and payroll with over 140 direct reports. Coach and motivate to ensure a great environment and maintain a work life balance culture. P&L responsibility.

Branch Manager responsible for Sales and Operations over offices in Illinois, Wisconsin and Michigan. Meeting and exceeding monthly and quaterly goals, by maintaining and building new partnerships with clients and drivers to ensure staffing needs are being met. Also responsible for a healthy P&L and ensuring offices are D.O.T compliant at all times.

Responsible for budgets being met and a Branch P&L of over 5 million dollars. Train, coach, mentor and manage all SC"s and onsite managers. Responbile for managing processes including payroll, i9 audits, unemployment and workmans comp.Review scorecards with Sc's and review flash reports to monitor metrics.

Recruit, interview, motivate, and advise students to enroll into our university. Manage, train, motivate, and coach subteam to exceed enrollment and start goals.
