I work in a leadership role in culture and education and am proud to support younger generations with their ambitions and aspirations. Over my career I’ve managed within both commercial and non-profit streams and held roles across a range of countries. My core interests are in portfolio development, strategy, business improvement and team performance. I have an MSc in Organizational Psychology, a number of qualifications in occupational assessment and coaching and am a member of the British Psychological Society and the European Academy of Occupational Health Psychology. I am especially interested in training (needs analysis, training design, implementation, transfer and evaluation), performance measurement, personal and professional development over the career span, and the interface between performance and well-being. I am fluent in Portuguese and passionate about culture in all its facets, especially its power to reach across countries and build understanding.
