CurrentI am currently managing a team of FTTP engineers in south London and east downs area. * Regularly completing Health and safety audits, job quality audits and spling quality audits.* Providing guidance to my team on installation techniques and safety protocols while serving as their first point of contact.* Effetivley managing all engineers on my team, ensuring work is completed in a timely and professional manner whilst maintaining high quality work.* Commited to achieve KPl's set by the client and exceed my personal and team targets such as completion rate and ELF rate.* Liasing with various departmental associates to achieve customer satisfaction and full install completions.* Identifying developments and technical training requirements where required through mentoring, coaching and disciplining.* Ensuring all Health and Safety procedures are adheard to for the saftey of the engineers and the public.* Monitoring tooling and company plant to ensure they are present, in good working order, safe to use and within calibration.
