I love helping and talking to creative minds. Grew up in Romania, studied economics in Freiburg in Germany. During college I started working as a bartender and besides shaking the cocktail shaker, I developed this art of being able to communicate with anyone at any time.It was also during my bartender job that I realized how important networking is. By building close relationships with regular clients, talking mostly about the economy and possible jobs after graduation, a few asked me to introduce my college classmates to their job openings. So I did! Back then I didn't know then that this was actually recruiting.Economics, politics, programming and recruiting are the passions that occupy most of my time. Immediately after graduation, I turned my attention to recruitment and worked as a freelancer. Initially, I placed my friends, and then made a business out of it.Since 2019 I have been able to place several candidates in technical positions such as Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, FullStack Developer, everything Data related, but also UI/UX Designers. My conversations with candidates are always enjoyable and I have a good understanding of what they want from their next job and if they are a good fit for the open positions I have.As I am the point of contact between clients and candidates, I know what both parties want and I am proud to say that I also have some of the biggest tech companies in my current client portfolio.If you want to talk about cocktails, job market rumors, business or the open roles I have (or even better: all four), let's connect!
