Robert Tehoke is the Information Technology Practice Leader, and Co-Founder of FusionHCR. He has been conducting Sr. Leadership searches on a national level since 1996. His market expertise with in the IT space includes Manufacturing, Construction, Healthcare, and Financial Services. Robert co-founded FusionHCR in 2013 after 17 years of Talent and Organizational Development Leadership roles. Robert and his partner saw an opportunity in the market to create an organization that was unique to the industry, that drove different results for their clients and candidates than that of traditional executive search firms.Before FusionHCR, Robert was the Talent and Organizational Executive for Lithko Contracting, one of the largest and fastest growing construction companies in the US. During his five years with Lithko they grew the organization from $165M to $530M while increasing net profitability in middle market turnkey construction space. Prior to Lithko Contracting, Robert was the Director of Human Resources for Lastar Inc. in which he was responsible for the Talent Strategies that assisted in the growth of a $60M international technology firm to $120M while increasing EBITDA. He gained exposure with national and international acquisitions with Developers Diversified Realty and started his recruiting career with Honda of America Manufacturing.Robert’s past experience has included ERP system implementations and upgrades (SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, Microsoft/Dynamics, Epicor, Epic, Cerner). He has also assisted in building teams that have provided business intelligence and cloud analytics for Big Data initiatives. In addition, he has built teams for infrastructure projects and technical support whether it has been for deploying technology, application support, or hardware configuration.Robert is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with Bachelor degrees in both Organizational Communications and Human Resource Management. He also attended Cornell University and has advanced certifications in Strategic Human Resource Practices and Executive Leadership.Born in Cleveland, Ohio, Robert is an avid golfer (but not good) and is a devoted husband and father to his wife Courtney and daughter Emma. Robert is active in fundraising for several non-profits including the American Heart Association and American Cancer Society.
