I am the Co-Head of Houlihan Lokey’s Energy & Infrastructure Financial & Valuation Advisory practice and a senior member of the Board Advisory and Opinions practice. I focus on providing transaction opinions and related advise to boards of directors, special committees, LPACs, and other constituents that are evaluating proposals and seeking to understand critical transaction issues. I am also a frequent speaker on economic and valuation issues pertaining to the energy sector, particularly in Texas, the Gulf Coast, Oklahoma, and Colorado. I am also a member of the FVA ESG Task Force.I have >15 years experience analyzing complex transactions, including conflict-prone situations involving issues of corporate governance. I am significantly experienced in the energy industry, having worked on a number of advisory engagements involving complex and difficult-to-value energy assets. My experience includes E&P, midstream, refining/storage, energy transition, carbon credits, biofuels, retail/C-store, and energy equipment and services subsectors, as well as a variety of infrastructure subsectors including environmental services, transportation & logistics, and infrastructure/climate technology.Before joining Houlihan Lokey, I was a member of the equity research team at BMO Capital Markets, where I assisted in coverage of the renewable energy industry.
