After completing my undergraduate and postgraduate degrees at Bournemouth University and multiple years in retail, I am looking to move forward in my career and seek employment in finance. As my undergraduate degree is in Finance & Economics and my Masters degree is in Investment and Finance, I seek to put what I have learned into practice. I am also currently studying towards attaining an AAT qualification. Working in retail has also given me customer service skills, developed my communication skills and also given me some management skills as I am currently the assistant store leader at the Bournemouth branch of WHSmith. I am always looking to develop and gain new skills. I enjoy taking online courses outside of work to further improve and reinforce my skillset. Such courses include learning programming languages like python and how to use it in a financial context, as well as courses about finance and investment. I also enjoy reading, exercising and playing my piano.
