I am a former general business consultant and political lobbyist with experience in business operations, sales, marketing, employee training, and financial operations. I have significantly increased sales for clients, negotiated with suppliers, implemented inventory systems, and have helped clients better understand financial statements to develop and implement financial strategies. As a lobbyist, I wrote, lobbied for, and presented Nevada’s first worker cooperative state statute (AB 432) in 2019 Nevada Assembly and House committees. The bill was passed in bipartisan fashion and was signed into law by the Nevada governor in the spring of 2019. I am an avid reader, especially about human behavioral psychology. I am continually learning and challenging myself. Here are a few personal challenges I am proud of: learning basic hang gliding skills, winning my first half marathon in my age division, boxing in downtown Las Vegas, learning to juggle, completing three 10-day silent meditations, learning how to drive stick, backpacking from Istanbul to Athens.When I’m not working or reading you can find me working out, cooking, Latin dancing, or playing the ukulele.
