Created, maintained, and updated Product entries in the Product Catalog in Dutchie and METRC and ensured accurate integration between METRC, Dutchie, and IHeartJane. Verified coupons/discounts function properly. Built and adjusted coupons/discounts as needed. Led quarterly inventory counts and weekly cycle counts to manage inventory accuracy and minimize shrink. Thoroughly researched and adjusted variances as needed. Ensured product is compliantly packaged, processed, stored, converted, adjusted, displayed, sold, and destroyed in accordance with all company standards and CCB regulations. Assessed employee performance, coached and cultivated employee development, and administered performance appraisals.
