Leadership responsibility for Customer Fulfilment Centre Operations across New South Wales, Australia. Leading the most technologically advanced Robotic and Automated Fulfilment Centre in the Southern Hemisphere, and leading the site from start-up build phase, through to full go-live and ongoing delivery.Responsible for all site operations, playing a critical role in supporting Coles E-commerce strategy by delivering an end-state processing capacity of 4.7 million customer orders p/a, and over 250 million picked units p/a across a 40k+ Ambient, Chill and Freezer SKU Range (which also includes ‘World First’ Scratch Bakery, Cut Produce and Loose Produce Pick CFC Operations. )Leading an end-state team of over 2,000 colleagues, working 24/7 to safely and efficiently provide an outstanding level of service to our customers.

Leadership responsibility for all Warehouse, Transport and Engineering Operations at Sainsbury's fully-automated, and Witron enabled, Rye Park Distribution Centre, and its satellite depot at Pindar Road, in Hoddesdon. 3-time ‘Site of the Year’ Winner, employing over 1,000 people, processing over 100 million cases per annum, to over 600 stores, and across a 10.5k SKU Range (covering a diverse range of products including Food, Drink, Health, Beauty and Merchandising Unit products.)Accomplishments include:* Reducing costs by £1.8m during my first year in role. * Achieving record breaking H&S performance during my first year in role.* Achieving the highest levels of operational efficiency and employee engagement seen at Rye Park - in my first year in role.* Landing ‘best in class’ pay deals across all three collective bargaining groups in Rye Park. With all three deals introducing new absence policies which are transforming the business culture going forward.* Locally restructured the entire site team to unlock talent, remove inefficiency, improve accountability, and make the business commercially successful.* Introduced and drove a range of D&I activities to improve gender and racial diversity in the workplace.

Regional General Manager, providing leadership to four Distribution Centre operations, totalling over 2.4m sqft of warehousing space, and supporting over 2,000 colleagues, across the Southern Region of the Argos Distribution Network. The Southern Region represents;Basildon Regional Distribution Centre - 2019 Site of the Year, Talent in Logistics 'Best Place to Work' 2019, 14x RoSPA Gold Safety Awards, 5x RoSPA Presidents Awards, Health & Safety Site of the Year 2014. A 385k sqft operation picking, cross-docking and delivering to all stores in the South East of the UK, including all stores in London.Kettering National Distribution Centre (operated by Wincanton) - 2020 Site of the Year. An 800k sqft operation picking for every Argos store in the country, and cross-docking for direct delivery to stores in Anglia and the Midlands.Bridgwater Regional Distribution Centre - 2019 MHE Team of the Year, 2019 Reach Truck Driver of the Year, 2019 LLOP Driver of the Year. A 310k sqft operation picking, cross-docking and delivering to all stores in the South West of the UK.Daventry National Distribution Centre (Operated by DHL) - A 1million sqft, partially automated operation, servicing both Argos and Sainsbury's business operations - Handling Food, General Merchandise, Beers, Wines and Spirits.

Providing leadership to the large 24/7 central Birmingham workshop operation.

Responsible for identifying and deploying transatlantic operational improvements in the areas of Safety, Engagement and Performance Management.
