I’ve been in the construction industry for 21 years I first started off going to night school to learn plumbing where I completed my hot and cold water installation, but was offered a job working the other side of the country Drylining.This is where my 19 years of experience in all aspects of Drylining started, ranging from tape & jointing, partitions, SFS Metsec, m/f ceilings, suspended ceilings, bulkheads and supervising.After being on the tools for over 16 years I decided that it would be a good idea to have a change in career and come off the tools and go into a more senior role and start managing projects this is where I started my own path to obtaining a degree where I have studied in the university of South Wales.Over the past 3 years I have managed multi million pound projects in the city of Cardiff this includes Hugh James solicitors and the new tax office. I’m currently working for Sam Drylining where we have just started another multi million pound project the department of working pensions in Treforest, their an excellent company to work for and give you all the encouragement to further your career in the construction industry
