I started my professional career as a wildland firefighter type 1 for the State of California in 2003 where I have over 3000 firehours on active duty fighting various fires including the Day Complex fire in Ventura, the Sawtooth Complex fire and the Esperanza Fire. I was promoted to 2nd sawyer on crew 4 where we won the Bautista statewide competition outright in 2006. I was named top hiker for the Southern California region. I obtained my Class "C" fellers card and was place on conservation duties in and around Big Bear where I worked with CalTrans and helicopter crews for extraction of infested pines and oaks. My duties as a firefighter allowed me to volunteer time to community projects for the county of San Bernardino.I moved on from CalFire in November of 2007 and went to school to get my degree in Business Administration from El Camino College in 2011. While going to school, I was working for an event startup called Raj Tents based in Torrance California.At Raj, I progressed to become operations manager, a position that saw my open new offices in Hawaii and briefly maintain our footprint in the San Francisco area. Event where I was direct point of contact were: The National Building Museum in Washington DC, parties for Beyonce, Paul Mitchell, Benny Medina, Selma Hayek, The Silver Spoon Los Angeles under Jordan Buky, Coachella after party hosted by Prince and Belvedere, David Arquette's summer house with MTV and many more.At Raj, I was also responsible for major film, TV and advertising production using our products. This allowed me and my crew to earn the SDSA certification. Films I worked directly on include: Spiderman, Iron Man, Walk Hard, Little Fockers, Pirates of the Caribbean and others. TV projects include Big Bang Theory, Desperate Housewives and more.I moved on in 2011 to RMD Group where I was a events producer for Ford, Lexus, Hyundai and Red Bull along with major sports teams around the USA. I was in charge of multiple events at one time including SEMA, Toyo Tires and Hope On Wheels.I left RMD in 2018 to pursue my lifelong dream of moving to Spain. Upon gaining residency, I helped start my current company, Pure Organic CBD where I handle digital marketing and sales. During the Covid lockdown, I learned how to develop on Webflow and basic design principles using Canva. I operate 4 websites currently and am a contributor at Bay Radio Spain helping with digitizing their company to growth in the coming years.My skills include: Wordpress, webflow, Woocommerce, Event Management, Klaviyo, Sales, teamwork, CPR and fire suppression.
