Mr. Thorssen was Managing Director of the CitySpace group of companies in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Tokyo, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Bangkok. Mr. Thorssen negotiated the sale of the company to a Hong Kong SAR public corporation and continued as Group Chairman until 1999.As the CEO of Axisport Inc. he engaged BCE Emergis Canada to jointly develop a human resources web-based technology, and was responsible for taking the company public on the Canadian TSXV Exchange. From 2005 – 2009 he was President of High Tide Builders Ltd. based in Calgary, Canada, securing land development projects and arranging construction finance. Over the last 10 years Bob has been very active mentoring and consulting with several startups in Asia and North America.
