>Receiving sales reports and ensuring accuracy as per customer service agreements.>Posting of all air tickets and hotel sales as per the sales report into the correct customer accounts.>Raising invoices for all posted sales.>Attaching invoices to the correct service vouchers and dispatching.>Following up on any missing vouchers or sales reports. >Receivables documents handling and filing.> Monthly Bank Reconciliations

>Booking of all customer transfer service requests into the master schedule. >Allocation of drivers and vehicles as per the master schedule.>Raising accurate daily sales reports and forwarding to accounts department together with support documents. >Maintaining vehicle maintenance records.>Preparation of weekly and monthly revenue reports.>Preparation of weekly and monthly expenses reports. >Preparation of Transport department draft Profit & Loss account.
