I work as a liaison to support Makita's sales representatives across the country as well as a service representative to some of Makita's largest customers. I handle Electronic Data Interchange ordering for these accounts' distribution and supply centers across the country, and as our company's primary JDA-certified supply chain analyst, I manage order volume on a regular basis for some of Makita's primary customers. Current responsibilities also include beta testing for new supply software, communicating updates to upper management on audits and department projects, and working with corporate accounting to negotiate plausible collection levels.

Forecasted inventory purchase quantities using ERP software and Microsoft Excel, analyzed demand quantities for branch stock-level maintenance and placed multiple purchase orders with over a dozen different vendors on a regular basis.

Supervised a classroom and tutored individual students ranging from 4th to 9th grade in English/Literature/History/Reading Comprehension, as well as preparing students for entrance examinations into prestigious schools.
