My Team was one team responsible for implementation Workforce Now, the new Human Capital Management system through ADP Canada. I would make the initial contact with the client to introduce my team and explain the process from start to finish to the client along with the timeframes. This process involved setting up their Payroll, HR Management and Time and Labour systems.
