I have so many years of customer service experience through out my job experience which lead me to other opportunity to other fields of my career. I have computer skills in like epic software and tele tracking which Loyola used for their system. Leadership which i am doing now in hospitality environment and retail environment which i had done before in my career. In tight situations which occurs aa lot in any kind of job i use my best knowledge how to proceed in a situation with the fact to honor the policy and procedures. I go above and beyond standards to make patient or customer the care they need.
