Responsible for data network, architecture standards. Duties include designing and implementing multiple data centers, call centers, large campus networks, nationwide MPLS WAN, Internet and DMZ's, including structured wiring plant, IP address plans, and MDF/IDF as well as full data center floor layout optimization. Platforms utilizing this network include 22 call centers supported by distributed PBX's at three data centers handling over 10 million VoIP call per month. Extensive experience with blade server systems with integrated switches, OSPF, BGP, STP, PAGP, LACP, 802.11, SONET, DWDM, DS3, T1, Frame Relay, Radius, TACACS+, QoS, DSCP, MPLS, etc. Limited experience with Multicast, SAN, and FcIP.
