This is a Australian owner company which has Head Quarter in Hanoi & 4 factories in Nam Dinh, Thai Binh with different type of products of sportwear & outerwear of Lululemon, Nike, Arizia, Kathmandu, Moutain hardwear, Blackyark, Spider, Kuhl, Asics... MY MAIN DUTIES: - Build up GSD team capability to using GSD for costing & production.- Build up IE team in factories.- Ensure SAM/ SMV are following GSD standard from Costing to production- Using Industrial Engineering to build standard sewing method library in GSD system & applying to production.- Support production to reduce style change learning curve by improve pre-production preparation- Saving the cost of material & labor cost through development & production status.- Product development: customize by apply standard & best method to new product from develop stage to production.

This company in 2018 has 8,000 employees, doing lingerie with famous customers as VS, Pink, UQ, H&M,...There is Lean manufacturing in place for over 100 Mast production lines. MY MAIN DUTIES:- To lead, manage, coach and develop team members.- Sewing machine planning & managing.- Styles simplification & method improvement by re-analyze for better economical methods to reduce SAM per garment (using tools, template, machine & equipment…).- To establish, implement and maintain Industrial Engineering standard for all production floors.- To conduct continuous research and recommend the most efficient manufacturing tools, equipment and systems.- Set up incentive scheme & keep enhancement with Win-Win concept.- Together with Mast customer to set up Lean manufacturing to WH - Cut - Sew - Pack.- Coordinate with other departments:+ PPC: smoothly production plan.+ Cutting, Sewing, Packing, Mechanic, QA: to analyze the risk for new style & manage with related departments.

This is a member of a Hongkong company. It is a very good choice for any freshman. The company has a very good system & fully training provide. Main customers are Hugoboss, Lacos, Nike, Tommy with knit products as polo shirt & sportwear. MY MAIN DUTIES:- In-charge the Team of bulk feasibility study, Kaizen, Innovation & Technical support.- Factory layout: review, design & set up layout of whole company incl. office, warehouse, cutting, sewing, packing, finish good with continuous flow.- Continue Lean training for workers, line leaders & supervisors in whole factory. Have 25 lines get approval from Lean’s Nike at the time.- Set up new production lines (10 lines), new departments (Metal detection dept. following Nike international standard).- Testing & setting up new machines, equipment (Washing, cut piping, printing machines…).- Factory expansion new workshop (Esquel Vietnam, VSIP, Binh Duong): design layout, follow to implement from civil construction to machines layout & other systems of electricity, steam pipe, ventilation.- Set up layout for new Woven factory project in Hoa Binh province (Esquel Hoa Binh Vietnam): design layout, work with contractor to align the structure of building with whole layout achieve the scope (less invest & consumer ventilation, electricity, steam pipe,…but beautiful & useful).
