As Website Administrator for the Office of Digital Government, I am responsible for client liaison with more than 98 agencies and initiatives who have onboarded onto WA.gov.au platforms. This includes, but not limited to, the Department of the Premier and Cabinet, Finance, Transport, Justice and Treasury. My involvement includes engagement, training, support, testing and reporting on how agencies content was performing. My responsibilities and achievements include:- Project manage bug releases and new fixes. Documenting issues in Jira and prioritising with the Product Team when tasks should be scheduled.- Unit testing of new features and regression testing to ensure WA.gov.au is functioning as expected. - Hold training sessions with more than 350 government employees during my first 2 years with the Office of Digital Government. The training sessions gave them a background in how WA.gov.au works and allows government employees to update content on the WA.gov.au platform. - As new features and functionality were added to WA.gov.au I wrote release notes for the deployments, held meetings with agencies communications teams advising them, as well as updating both printed and video training materials- Website reporting - creating Google Data Studio dashboards for agencies to advise them of how their content and website is functioning.- Reviewed that Agencies content conformed with meeting the Digital Service Policy Framework. Made recommendations to agencies whose content did not conform.- UX recommendations to improve WA.gov.au. - During the COVID-19 Pandemic I was seconded into the Information Coordination Centre and managed the Web publishing team which consisted of three staff. I made a roster for the team as updates for the Premiers office were needed 7 days a week, from 6am-10pm each day. I was available on call the other times of day.
