Key accomplishments:• Achieved $45M+ in settlements from insurance carriers for a subsidiary, resolving asbestos liabilities for both subsidiaries and parent companies.• Navigated company through global economic crisis bankruptcies, assuring full payment, including major cases of General Motors and Chrysler.• Led 35 acquisitions, including one of the industry's largest mergers, driving company growth from $300M to $1.2B.• Guided company return to public stock market after four decades, orchestrating successful $50M equity offering.• Prepared 10-K, 10-Q, and Proxy materials for past 15 years.
