As First Vice President and COO, I am responsible for the operational and financial performance of the Dallas Fed, as well as leadership, risk management, and organizational development. Since joining the Dallas Fed over 25 years ago, I have held various leadership positions that allowed me to execute the Fed’s mission through several lines of business. My current role provides the vantage point to witness the great impact that my colleagues have, working towards one mission.Outside of work, I am passionate about giving back to my community through volunteer work that impacts economic growth and neighborhood stabilization. For fun, I enjoy spending time with family, tackling home improvement projects, and smoking a mean brisket (fat side up!).
