Current- Sales – product knowledge, sales process, current promotions; training & execution to ensure weekly/monthly/yearly goals are met
- Customer Service – provide exceptional service ensuring customer satisfaction
- Inventory Management – track & stock to ensure levels meet customer demand
- Cash Management – reconciliation, deposits, cash on hand
- Performance Management – create reports to track performance to goals, coach associates
- Staffing/Scheduling – hire & schedule efficiently to meet goals & ensure coverage especially during peaks
