Travelled between branches to see branch connectivity with customers and support with new features offered. I also spent time in Belfast head office, witnessing the internal process of the FX team, consumer and business credit departments as well as discussing their approach to commercial deals. Throughout the process, it was evident how much care went into customer service and account security.
