Customer Service AdvisorI have held multiple Customer Service and Sales roles within SSE, as an outbound advisor, calling customers to review their Gas and Electric accounts and see where we could improve/save money on their yearly bills. The main roles I held as an inbound advisor were within the Talk & Broadband Sales and Talk Faults sections of SSE.

I joined the Emergency Talk Faults Team as a Deputy Manager and subsequently promoted to a Shift Leader. The main responsibilities in this team include managing and supporting a team who man the Out of Hours Faults line from 6am until midnight.
