As the senior leader for cybersecurity, I oversaw major security projects including capabilities enhancements as well as cost savings initiatives, saving 34% of my budget in my first 18 months on the job. I provided leadership for teams conducting internal and external investigations and led incident response, in coordination with the Bronson Privacy team.o With my team, I led NIST-based assessments and injected those results in tactical and strategic planning, including cybersecurity roadmaps. I also co-authored information security incident response plans with my security operations director and created deep relationships within the organization for successful implementation. o My team created and hosted several organization-wide incident response exercises for the Information technology organization, as well as including broader clinical and business communities.
