NMR team member at Center of Eukaryotic Structural Genomics (CESG), Implemented auto-induction growth media for high-throughput protein production. Compared E.coli based and Cell-free based protein production protocols. Screen over 100 protein samples by 1D and 2D NMR. Solved the 3D-structure of a minimal acetyltransferase from Arabidopsis thaliana (PDB 2EVN).
