Current- Working as part of the Marketing Operations team. Maintaining the integrity and accuracy of client and target data records in the firm’s primary CRM systems.
- Responsible for the management and development of the CRM system (InterAction), planning and driving system's upgrades, implementation and promotion of new CRM products, utilising InterAction windows, web client and.
- Creating new InterAction accounts, setting proxies, monitoring synchronization.
- Composing firm-wide communications relating to systems, promoted usage, highlighting new functionality and new/enhanced reporting.
- Organising and conducting CRM training for Partners, Secretaries and support staff – including travelling to EMEA offices.
- Data analysis of Client Intelligence – extracted from CRM and IntroHive – identifying trends and client relationship synergies between fee-earners
