Lead Netweaver administrator on 4 person team responsible for all facets of installation, administration and maintenance of several SAP system landscapes (ERP ECC 6.0.8, Netweaver 7.5 for Redwood Business Process Automation (BPA), Netweaver 7.5 for System Landscape Transformation, Netweaver 7.5 for Fiori/Netweaver Gateway, HANA 2.0 and Business Objects Enterprise 4.0). Compressed the ECC database saving 4 TB of storage and improved performance. One of the core team members on the HANA ramp up project which started May 2011 that provided a reporting and analytical solution to our Enterprise Warehouse Operations and Finance groups using HANA, Business Objects Enterprise and SAP Landscape Transformation; replicating over 1 terabyte of data from 44 data sources into HANA database. As of 2012, member of the Enterprise Architecture team responsible for documenting many facets of all corporate IT assets (hardware and software), perform requirements and design document reviews for IT projects and provide feedback to project teams. Create and maintain Visio diagrams of IT segment architectures. As of 2023, co-lead of Latino Associate Resouce Group at corporate level.

Managed a team of 6 employees: SAP Basis, SAP Authorizations, SQL Server DBA and mainframe operators. Managed SAP R/3 and Unisys mainframe landscape (hardware and software upgrades, patching and performance optimization). Worked very closely with Basis, Authorizations and developers on roll out of SAP modules (GL, AP, PY, FI, WM, Vistex, HR) throughout $5+ billion enterprise. Managed all aspects of the corporate datacenter which hosts over 200 Windows and mainframe servers (electrical capacity management, backup generator, UPS, air conditioning, service contracts and billing). Responsible for disaster recovery operations (documentation and procedures) to restore SAP R/3 and Unisys mainframe servers at an offsite location. Managed backup infrastructure for the entire Windows and mainframe landscapes.
